Training Opportunities in Transportation, Distribution and Logistics
The Transportation, Distribution and Logistics (TDL) program is a comprehensive 7-week training academy offered completely free of charge to qualified applicants.
Logistics and Distribution Certification is one highlight of TDL, with an emphasis on global supply chain basics, logistic environments, safety principles, material handling and equipment operation, hazmat materials, quality control, product receiving, storage, packaging and shipment, dispatch, tracking and more.
The program covers the essential skills and necessary qualifications for in-demand jobs with paths to possible careers as forklift operators, order fillers, stockers, material handlers, production workers, shipping and receiving clerks, assembly workers, dock workers, distribution workers, and more.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older, have a high school diploma – or equivalent – and be able to pass a drug screen.
